As an active member of an NAHB Builder 20 Club, T3 Construction belongs to an invitation-only circle of twenty or less elite custom home builders from non-competing markets across the country. Within this group, our business is examined at a level most firms never experience: fellow builders review our financials, systems, client experience, and even the way we manage design, details, and construction quality. We open our books, walk each other’s job sites, and scrutinize everything from wall assemblies and finish carpentry standards to how we protect a client’s time, privacy, and investment. This group functions as a national Board of Directors—holding us accountable, challenging assumptions, and pushing us to refine our processes so we can consistently deliver better-built, more thoughtfully designed legacy homes. By sharing hard-earned “trade secrets,” dissecting best practices, and visiting each other’s high-end projects in person, we stay on the leading edge of luxury residential construction. For our clients, that means the home we build for them is backed not just by T3’s expertise, but by the collective insight of some of the most respected custom builders in the country.
