Once we receive your initial contact, we’ll schedule a meeting to discuss your budget and design preferences and help put the build team together. Before we break ground on your custom home, we work closely with the Architect and Interior Designer to ensure a collaborative design process either in a Design/Build model or a collaborative approach

Once the project is complete and approved by you, a professional cleaning team will thoroughly clean your new home, and we’ll hand over the keys. We also put a post build manual together outlining instructions on your home as well as key maintenance items to pay attention to.  T3 Construction can also help you maintain your home for you so you do not have to worry.
