CODY THOMPSON

JENNIFER THOMPSON
BUILDER
Jennifer Thompson is the Finance Manager and Co-Owner of T3 Construction. She oversees all financial operations, including invoicing, banking, payroll, account reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable. She also manages budgeting and works closely with the project team to ensure financial accuracy throughout each phase of construction. Jennifer is married to Cody Thompson and plays an active role in the daily operations of T3.
Outside of work, she chases 3 kids around and is an avid hiker, currently trying to finish all 800 miles of the Arizona Trail.
SARAH FOX
PROJECT COORDINATOR
With over three years at T3 Construction and a background in Construction, Sarah Fox is the organizational backbone of our projects. As Project Coordinator, she manages selections and purchase orders to maintaining schedules and ensures everyone has the information they need to succeed. Her attention to detail, communication skills, and calm-under-pressure demeanor make her an invaluable part of the team. She will assist you with decisions and selections during the Build.
Outside of work, Sarah runs Two Sisters Tomatoes, a small farm she started with her sister. You can often find her at local farmers markets on the weekends. The same focus and attention to detail that she brings to every project is evident in everything she does.
TOM ELSASS
SUPERINTENDENT - BUILDER
Tom brings extensive knowledge of building science and hands-on experience to the T3 Construction team. Before joining T3, he owned and operated his own company focused on building passive and high-performance homes. With a Framing background, Tom combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of how homes come together in the field. Tom manages our projects from start to finish and offers assistance and knowledge to our other team members.
Outside of work, Tom is an avid hunter and mountain biker who spends much of his free time in the mountains when possible.
